Welcome to DontPayClaims.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What We Are

DontPayClaims.com is a document preparation service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client relationships. Our tools use AI to generate documents based on the facts you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, using, filing, and serving any documents generated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and intake.

4. Products and Pricing

We currently offer two one-time products and one subscription plan:

• Demand Fighter — $30 one-time. Generates professional and aggressive versions of a demand letter.
• Small Claims Fighter — $50 one-time. Generates a court preparation packet including case summary, damages worksheet, evidence checklist, and hearing prep guide.
• Household Plan — $15/month billed every 4 months ($60 per billing cycle).

Optional mailing add-ons are available: $14.99 for Demand Fighter (mailed to opposing party) and $12.99 for Small Claims Fighter (mailed to your address on file only — not to courts or opposing parties).

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including one-time purchases (Demand Fighter, Small Claims Fighter), mail add-ons, and Household Plan subscription charges. You may cancel a Household Plan subscription at any time, but no refund is provided for the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Mailing Services

Mailing is fulfilled through a third-party print-and-mail provider. We do not guarantee delivery times or outcomes. Demand Fighter letters are mailed to the opposing party address you provide. Small Claims Fighter packets are mailed only to your address on file. We never mail documents directly to courts on your behalf.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any outcome from using our documents. Results depend on the facts of your case, applicable laws, and other factors beyond our control. You are solely responsible for how you use the documents generated.

9. AI-Generated Content

Our documents are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You should review all generated documents carefully before using them. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the facts and information you provide. We retain ownership of our platform, brand, and tools. Documents generated for you are licensed to you for personal use related to the dispute described in your intake.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DontPayClaims.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
