Intake Data

When you use our products, you provide details about your dispute including addresses, lease information, financial amounts, evidence descriptions, and narratives about what happened. This data is used exclusively to generate your documents.

Payment Information

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate your demand letters and court prep packets
• Process payments and manage your account
• Fulfill mailing services through our print-and-mail provider
• Send transactional emails (receipts, document notifications, mailing status updates)
• Improve our products and service quality

3. AI Processing

Your intake data is sent to AI services (OpenAI) to generate your documents. This data is used solely for document generation and is not used to train AI models. We route AI traffic through Cloudflare's AI Gateway for added security and monitoring.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with these service providers as necessary:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Print-and-mail provider — Fulfillment (receives addresses and document PDFs for mailing orders)
• OpenAI — AI document generation (receives intake data)
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and data storage

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage). Generated PDFs are stored securely in R2. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications. Passwords are hashed before storage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated documents as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. After deletion, we may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where applicable

8. Cookies

We do not sell your data to advertisers.
