Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2026
The short version
All sales are final. Please read the full policy before you buy. For service issues, email support first — we'll fix real problems.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases on DontPayClaims.com are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- One-time purchases of Demand Fighter and Small Claims Fighter documents
- Mail add-ons
- Household Plan subscription charges, including the current billing cycle
Please review our products, sample outputs, and product documentation carefully before purchasing. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Household Plan at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current billing cycle or any unused portion thereof. Billing cycles are 4 months ($60 per cycle).
Failed or Undelivered Mail
Mail add-ons cover printing and submission to our mailing partner. Once a mailing has been submitted to the carrier, the add-on fee is non-refundable, including in cases where delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, the recipient refusing delivery, or any other carrier-side issue.
Service Issues
If you believe you experienced a technical problem that prevented your purchase from being usable, email support@dontpayclaims.com with your order details. We will investigate, and any goodwill credits or refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Contacting support does not create a right to a refund.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and to provide the payment processor with documentation of your purchase and use of our products.
